The following Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with Our Experience Collective.
By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
- All tours are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified at the time of booking.
- The advance payment amount and payment schedule will be determined by the Company.
- Full payment must be completed as per the dates specified; failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
- No Refund Policy: All payments, including advances, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political disruptions, or personal emergencies.
- Changes to tour dates or itineraries are at the sole discretion of the Company and will not result in refunds.
- If the Company cancels a tour for any reason, participants will receive a travel credit for future tours.
3. Travel Documentation
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passports, visas). The Company is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
4. Liability Waiver
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Travel involves inherent risks (e.g., injuries, illnesses, delays), and the Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences incurred during travel.
- The Company is not responsible for third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers).
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties and is not liable for changes or cancellations by those parties.
5. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, or political unrest.
6. Behavior & Conduct
- Travelers must adhere to local laws and customs during the tour. The Company reserves the right to remove participants from a tour without refund for behavior deemed disruptive, illegal, or harmful.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Experience Collective, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour.
8. Changes to Itineraries
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and transportation at any time due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such changes.
9. Governing Law
